In the current dpr Whitepaper 2025 titled "How Publishers Are Equipping Themselves Technologically", our Managing Director Ralf Biesemeier offers a pointed outlook on the challenges of digital visibility – and why “being found” is no longer enough today. It’s worth a read for other reasons too: the study provides fresh data on investment plans, content strategies, and system changes in the publishing industry.Ralf Biesemeier im dpr Stimmungsbarometer
We’re excited to welcome two publishers from the English-speaking world to our herd:
With the British publisher Austin Macauley and the U.S.-based Blackstone Audio, Inc., we’re expanding our English-language portfolio with selected content.
A warm welcome to our new partners – we look forward to working together!
Since June 28, 2025, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) has been in force across the European Union – with wide-ranging effects on the publishing and media industries.
It affects all companies offering digital products such as e-books, reading apps, websites, or online shops to consumers. These must now be designed to be accessible – from the content to the purchasing process.
Check your digital offerings for accessibility and focus on inclusive design – for greater participation and legal compliance.
On June 26, 2025, the time had come: the entire Zebralution team came together in Berlin – all departments, all colleagues from around the world. And once again, it proved: our strength lies in our mindset and the diversity we bring with us. After a morning full of exciting input on artificial intelligence and media trends, we spent the afternoon listening to inspiring fireside chats on music, podcasting, and publishing.
Our personal highlight: Emily Bähr and Katja Sallay in conversation with our colleague Julia, sharing lots of behind-the-scenes insights from the perspective of authors and voice artists.
Many thanks to everyone who made this gathering possible!
