In our podcast, we explore what transformation means and how it works by talking to different people about their personal issues. Each episode begins with an introduction of the guest (with their name changed to protect their privacy) and the topic they bring with them.

Together we experience how the transformation process progresses in conversation. Afterwards, I reflect on the main steps and contexts of the session to make it easier to understand what we have heard.

We accompany people in real time in their personal transformation in areas such as self-love, partnership, parenting, family and gender diversity. We also often deal with topics such as career and vocation, the search for meaning, financial aspects, nutrition and relationships with animals and plants.

In doing so, we repeatedly come across topics such as suffering, victimhood and guilt and experience the power of forgiveness. We also reflect on what freedom and compassion mean in our lives and explore a sense of belonging and new horizons.

The aim of transformation is to expand our consciousness and find resources for shaping the future through new perspectives on the past. This makes the here and now more peaceful and fulfilling.

In addition, we conduct interviews with people who contribute different perspectives on the topics. These interviewees may be coaches, therapists or other professionals who share their views on the limits and possibilities of transformation beyond therapy. We also talk to fascinating personalities who contribute their own experiences.

The focus is always on the individual person within a changing world that critically questions the existing paradigms of how we live our lives - both on a small and large scale.
