My name is Senta-Sofia Delliponti. I am a musician, actress, presenter, mum and creative soul. I'm glad you stopped by SENTAHOOD, my podcast about significant TURNING POINTS IN PEOPLE'S LIVES.

Do you know this too? Sometimes "life" meets you, you are at a fork in the road. Once I was at a turning point myself and I know how challenging it can be to dare to go new ways and to leave familiar paths behind.

In my process, a healing place of retreat helped me: "The hut", far out in nature. Here I spent time in silence, without mobile phones, without distractions. This time out was my turning point and I decided there to go a new way. At this place I meet my guests.

I'm interested in how others are doing it. How did it feel for them to be at a turning point? What inspired them, encouraged them and what challenges did they face? How did they manage to go new ways and find happiness in them? I hear inspiring, empowering stories from people, get tips and a deep insight into their soul life.
