Hello, I'm Leonie Lutz from “Kinder digital begleiten”.
I have been supporting parents and teachers with knowledge about the digital world of children and young people since 2018. Appropriate education and calm guidance are extremely important to me.
My Spiegel bestseller “Begleiten statt verbieten” was published in 2022, my guidebook “Verstehen statt verlieren” has been on sale since March 2025 and you can look forward to “Kluge Köpfchen mit KI” in fall 2025. In this podcast, I discuss the dangers and risks of social media with my guests, we look at the positive sides of the internet, talk to experts from media practice and other parents. We look at topics such as “Do computer games make you aggressive?”, “What makes a good children's app?”, “Is TikTok good or bad for my child?” and “How can we use AI in families?”
