- How Do We Use Data?
The information you have provided voluntarily via our Website (email or electronic contact form) or our Social-Media-Channels will be only used for the purpose of answering your inquiries. If we believe that one of our affiliates may be best suited to answer your queries, then we will pass the information provided by you on to the respective affiliate.
If we do not enter into a contractual relationship with you we will delete all information about you after your inquiry has been completed. If we enter into a contractual relationship we will keep and process your data during the term of contract and store such data thereafter for the applicable legal retention periods. Thereafter, we will delete your data. We collect and process your data on the legal basis of Article 6 (1) Letter a. GDPR (“Your Consent”) and – if your inquire relates to a contractual relationship – on the legal basis of Article 6 (1) Letter b. GDPR (“necessary for the performance of a contract”). We use Google Analytics for the purpose of designing and optimizing our Website. We collect and process these data on the legal basis of Article 6 (1) Letter f) GDPR. The data collected via Google Analytics will be deleted after XY years.
If not otherwise stipulated hereunder, we do not provide third parties with your data, in particular not for promotional or marketing purposes. We only provide third parties with your data if you have expressly agreed in it or if a statutory permission is given.
